Troubleshooting High Availability Break in a Remote Branch Deployment

This section describes how to solve some of the common problems you may encounter when breaking a High Availability pair in a remote deployment.

  • Both Units are in Active-Active State.

  • The primary or secondary device has lost connectivity with Security Cloud Control, and the failover link has become non-operational.

  • The secondary device is in failed or disabled state and has lost connectivity with Security Cloud Control.
