Export a CLI Template

Note	The templates seen on the CLI Templates page are not live CLI templates. This is to ensure that you don’t accidentally run a “set up a new ASA” template.

Use this procedure to export a CLI template to a .txt file:

Procedure

Step 1	Log in to the Security Cloud Control platform.
Step 2	In the left pane, choose Manage > Policies > ASA > CLI Templates.
Step 3	On the CLI Templates page, select the template you want to export.
Step 4	Click >_View Parameters.
Step 5	In the Parameters pane, fill in the values of the parameters.
Step 6	Click Review. All the parameters must be filled in before exporting.
Step 7	Click Export results. The .txt file with the template name gets downloaded to your system. You can use this template file to configure a device.
