Create API Only Users

Procedure

Step 1

Log in to CDO.

Step 2

From the admin drop-down in the upper right, click Settings.

Step 3

Click the User Management tab.

Step 4

Click the blue plus button to add a new user to your tenant.

Step 5

Select the API Only User checkbox.

Step 6

In the Username field, enter a name for the user and click OK.

Important

the user name can't be an email address or contain the '@' character as the '@yourtenant' suffix will be automatically appended to the user name.

Step 7

Select the user's role from the drop-down menu.

Step 8

Click OK.

Step 9

Click the User Management tab.

Step 10

In the Token column for the new API Only user, click Generate API Token to obtain an API token.
