Network analysis policy mapping

Network analysis policy mapping is a correlation mechanism that

• provides mapping information for network analysis policies,

• finds the corresponding Snort 2 version of policies for the Snort 3 version, and

• ensures that the Snort 3 version of policies has its equivalent Snort 2 version.
