The Security Intelligence configuration that includes detection signatures or malware URLs might lead to false threat alerts when the Firewall Threat Defense troubleshoot files are scanned.

If a TCP connection attempt is initiated from an IP address that is blocked due to its poor reputation, a TCP reset (RST) packet is sent. This causes the connection to be terminated instantly, preventing the establishment of the TCP session and signalling the rejection to the sender.
