Guidelines and Limitations for RADKit Integration

If the Firewall Management Center is restored with a backup file of another Firewall Management Center, the devices mapped to the current authorizations are cleared. You must edit the authorization and repeat device selection in the Authorization page.

If you are using HTTP proxy, configure the proxy in the Firewall Management Center before enabling the RADKit service for a sucessful enrolment of the service. In case of incorrect proxy configuration at the time of RADKit enablement, disable the RADKit service, after configuring the correct proxy, re-enable for sucessful enrolment of the service.
