Licenses for policy based routing

Policy Based Routing (PBR) has specific licensing requirements depending on the features and services used in your configuration.

  • All PBR policy features are supported with the Essentials Firewall Threat Defense smart license.

  • Secure Client licensing is required if you are configuring PBR for routing traffic through RA VPN tunnel interface.

  • Cisco ISE license is required for ISE usage in PBR policy.
